What happens if we let the candidate go?

If you stop working with the candidate for any reason, you simply stop paying the monthly fee.

What is the fee for hourly contractors vs salaried team members?

The fee is the same. You pay 12% of a year's worth of billing, whether that's full time or part time hourly.

Can I request a refund?

You can get a partial refund for the month in which the candidate stopped working for you.

Can you give an example of the pricing for a full time hire?

If you hire someone at a $100k yearly salary, that would break down to $8333 per month. We would charge 12% of that on a monthly basis, which would be $1000 / month. You would pay that for up to a max of 12 months assuming they stay with you, or $12k total over the first year.

Can you give an example of the pricing for a freelance/hourly/contract hire?

If you hire someone for $70/hour, and they bill you 120 hours in the first month, they would be billing you a total of $8400. We would charge 12% of that, which would be $1008.
